  8. To modify your IC-901 for out of band receive on each of the bands remove 
  9. the following diodes in the control head.
  10.  
  11.               28 MHz        D24
  12.               50 MHz            D28
  13.              220 MHz            D19
  14.              430 MHz            D25

  18.               TO ENABLE CROSS BAND REPEAT
  19.  
  20. Flip S1 on the logic board (located in main unit at the very front)
  21.  
  22. Dial up the frequency you need on the main and sub band
  23.  
  24. Turn off the IC-901
  25.  
  26. Push and hold "Check" and "Lock"
  27.  
  28. Turn the power to the IC-901 on
  29.  
  30.  
  31. To disable the cross band repeat function depress the "Lock" button
